Currently, we are looking for an experienced, analytical and creative UX Designer who can create and deliver comprehensive UX strategies that will support the further development of our products by grasping our clients’ needs and solving their problems. Your ultimate goal will be to make our product more intuitive and user-friendly to attract and retain customers.
As UX Designer at BigPicture (Appfire) you will focus on:
- Understanding product specifications and user needs
- Conducting concept and usability testing and gathering feedback
- Working with our UX Researchers on creating personas through user research and data
- Defining the right interaction model and evaluating its success
- Developing wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Working with our UI Designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicating design ideas and prototypes to Product Owners and Developers
- Following industry trends

- Proven experience as a UX Designer – make sure to send us your portfolio of projects when applying
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
- And if you’re a team player with excellent communication skills, not afraid to present your ideas and discuss them in a larger group
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian ecosystem Apps
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of project or portfolio management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBoK, MoP, etc.)
