Currently, we are looking for a UX Writer with solid communication skills in easy but informative wording to join our Design Team. You will work with Designers, Researchers, Technical Writers, and Product Managers. This job opportunity will be ideal for someone who knows how to use their creative language skills to bridge the gap between the technical assumptions of functionality and their neat packaging into words.

As a UX Writer at BigPicture, you will

  • Co-create an excellent user experience
  • Write all the words users can read in our Apps
  • Take care of every detailed sentence and dot
  • Make sure the wording matches the patterns and guidelines
  • Elaborate our Tone of Voice and maintaining the Glossary
  • Work with Designers, Researchers, Technical Writers, and Product Managers
  • Follow industry trends and applying the market’s best practices

Get in touch with us, if you have

  • Proven experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer in English (US English preferred)
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of localization editor tools (Phrase, Lokalise, others)
  • Good balance between big-picture thinking and nailing the details
  • Problem-solving attitude and lean mindset


  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian ecosystem Apps
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of project or portfolio management methodologies

Remuneration & Model of cooperation

You can choose between:

  • 12 000 – 16 000 PLN + VAT / month B2B contract (kontrakt B2B)
  • 12 000 – 16 000 PLN gross / month contract of employment (umowa o pracę)
